I remember learning that according to the legislation where I live, people working two meters or more from the ground had to wear a harness, whereas you can fall from one meter and kill yourself. But the two meter rule obtained by advocates of workplace health and safety was considered better than nothing. The law is a ass. Or is it a owl?
