Dude, the stereo in the upper-left corner, the lamp, the early post-its, the beige... what calculator is that? So flipping epic.

^ I'm guessing an old Casio fx - maybe an fx-550 from the looks of it.
I still have a Casio fx-451 that still works like the day I bought it. Should hunt around online for a manual.

@colorpixel I was browing this thread and your fonts for the menu and archey/screenfetch caught my eye. Reminds me of the one I always wanted to use -- the one from Codename: Kids Next Door -- Aura, but less extreme. I don't think Aura is mono-spaced either.

You gotta see how it scrolls across the screen (~30s into the vids). It's so sleek. (Cut off at the bottom, but eh...)

i3 on BunsenLabs. Running fine. Hm, maybe one of the dark gtk-themes might fit better.

I played around with Rainlendar a few minutes ago and discovered the month view skin. I was smitten, so I removed the dual-month and events list skins.

@lowrider -- would you mind throwing together a brief tutorial for other users interested in running i3 in BunsenLabs?
I have done one for dwm here.

That made me think...my buddy got a hospital couch for his apartment that is that same color. Good call.

El Capitan beta
and its split view ...
1st impression: Don't like window management at all, they added complicated on top of stupid toyish, and that green-click/hold idea is well ... , I miss Jobs.
Now it want's a 2.17 GB update to beta 2 ...
p.s. A note to apple:
- Full integration of apps into desktop/os is a bad idea, just to much of an assumption. I will never use mail, itunes, cloud, safari and so on (and I can populate the dock myself). The solution is to run a postinstall script for that small amount of dummies that would really want itunes, mail, books, facetime, photos, ... whatnot installed
- You should really buy iTerm.
- Also adding sublime text (or any other decent gui editor) for free would be a slight advantage over brick.

Another one... I spent a bit of my time listening and tweaking here and there...

Back to Openbox -- matched my tint2rc to the Arc theme & Faba-Mono-Dark icons:
Thanks to @brontosaurusrex for the amazing wallpaper

The only one i don't like is that generic openbox icon that no easly changed (i must to do some intervention with other tools to achieve) my departure from openbox saved from that static thing.
The rest, you did awesome job customizing everything... so Good job!!!

I'll shoot another question for curiosity.
Always wonder what made that statusbar on terminal bottom ? i mean from [insert ---- till ---- trailing] it's part of vim or?
Thanks in advance.....

# ~/.vimrc
set laststatus=2
If you want a statusbar on every terminal screen, check out tmux
I can't figure out that blasted default icon thing -- I've just accepted it as the rxvt-unicode icon...

I also thought must be a vim thing...
Oh tmux, I think to return once again trying to setup, at first i found his configuration quit hard. Afterall i had difficulties with keyboard shortcuts but since now am on tilingwm I say to give tmux another chance.
I had hardtime myself too with that damn icon IIRC have fixed with a third-party app on this thread it was a lot of embarrassing so I will not deal anywmore.
By the way you can fix terminal/urxvt icon. I use
URxvt*iconFile: /home/nili/.icons/Flamini/scalable/apps/urxvt.svg
grab any tango icon and place somewhere... terminal icon will be fixed definitely.

Sadly, tint2 does not respect this setting
Thanks anyway though!

I read is not a tint2 issue, more than a tint2 is a application that doesn't provide itself icons. mplayer/mplayer2, feh are some that not provide icons.
Tint2 would be better to have a stimulant option to customize apps with no icons. This would be the ideal solution.
Perhaps we should ask ov if it's possible.

When i used tint2/openbox tint2 respected urxvt icon.
this is my ex tint2 toolbar (rxvt first with customized icon)
enough to do on terminal
xrdb ~/.Xdefaults
or
xrdb ~/.Xresources
then
/restart tint2
