Color me silly, or what ever but confermation please. This error is a server on the other side that I am pulling off of correct, or is it my connection on my side that is dropping the line causing the Error reading the server because it cannot get out, or could it be the apt-get dist-upgrade?
I'd have to look closer into that if it is apt-get thing
edit:
or maybe its a sources.list address that needs to be changed?

Try changing your mirror to the new Debian redirector:
http://http.debian.net/
I think you are using the old version -- I can't ping that address.
empty@Arch ~ % ping http://http.debian.net
ping: unknown host http://http.debian.net
EDIT: The Google DNS I use knows the new address:
empty@Arch ~ % ping -c3 http.debian.net

Yeah I kind of figured it maybe that address, as this script when running it. It'd always drop right when it got to that point, then I'd just run the script again and it'd run without error ---
Chainging the address --for that just in case scenario
thanks
