do you know that one program that when you right click on a tar ball then slelct unzip here it does it?
well mine is not no longer in here as far as I can tell it just disapeered and I never paid attention to what it was called. so I figured if I can find out I can reinstall it and hopefully that is my problem -- cannot find on google so I am asking in here too.

I think fileroller does this too; can't remember which was default in Waldorf.

I don't know if it was somthing i did. which was nothing, I'd not been messing with any system files this time LibreOffice came up missing too and the torrent client was uninstalled and I'm not sure what else is no longer in here.

It's file-roller and it was the default in Waldorf.

Thanks (everyone) days prior to this writting. I looked at my remove and install logs. Seen where I removed PCManFm to reinstall it to see if that'd fix the problem it is having, (in only some WM / DM ) the right click cut function not working . then to notice afterwards in somewhere in this proccess it uninstalled other programs. but nothing showed in the logs to back this up.
I am currently going back to CrunchBang with the Jessie upgrade. I do not like what a fresh clean install gives me with Debian Jessie. I do wish that he would have upgraded CrunchBang and had not abanded it.
