Hi, the Leapfrog Tag Reader is a little pen that scans books for kids and reads the text. They use a program to download content onto the pen via a USB connection. Its that program I am trying to get running under wine, since I don't think there is any other way to download the book file. Everything seems fine but I get error "procedure getlistboxinfo could not be located in user32.dll". Not sure how to troubleshoot this. Suggestions? Wine version is 1.4.1

When it comes to WINE you should always check the WINE Application Database. I cannot assist you with your question directly, but it is also worth talking in the WINE HQ Forums as you may find other users who have tried what you are wanting to achieve, already.
Good luck
