SOLVED: NetworkManager Applet error

NetworkManager Applet yields the following error when I try to connect with SSID:

Failed to add/activate connection
(32) Insufficient privileges.

What can I do?

Thanks

Re: SOLVED: NetworkManager Applet error

Do you have more than one user on this computer?

sudo nm-connection-editor

Wireless > edit connection you are trying to connect to
then make sure "avalible to all users" is checked

Re: SOLVED: NetworkManager Applet error

This did the job. Funny, usually I can set SSID from normal user. Any reason why it has to be root now? I imagine that it must be inforced security!!!

Thanks a lot! big_smile
