I've tried to include http://ppa.launchpad.net/voria/ppa/ubun … ce/Sources and http://ppa.launchpad.net/voria/ppa/ubun … 4/Packages yet I cannot utilize them. In /etc/apt/sources.list when I click the "Other Software" tab I see:
... So I then update my computer via the terminal and get two "Error 404's for the two aforementioned ppa's above .

Of cause this doesn't work, there is no UBUNTU Wheezy, Wheezy is from Debian.
Have a look at http://ppa.launchpad.net/voria/ppa/ubuntu/dists/ - then you see the possible options to use. I'd try precise or quantal .. instead of wheezy in the repo.
But, there is no guarantee, it would run with #!

Well, after using the Voria PPA and installing the synaptic packages which came from the PPA I had no luck. I was testing a Samsung Series 3 laptop. My IBM works fine though. I got the sound to work on the Samsung laptop though. What are your issues with the laptop?
