Hello everyone!
I've been a GNU/Linux user for a few years off and on, but by no means a power user or guru, and i still occasionally have cause to use 'doze (for my music-y software fix).
I've been around the block a few times with Ubuntu (and various spins of it), but of late they seem to be getting a bit 'heavy', so i thought i'd have a look at #! (it's lovely and black ...i like black).
The initial attraction for me was Openbox - i'd never used it before, so i downloaded the #! Nov 2011 iso and gave it a try - liked it a LOT! I couldn't believe my eyes when i saw how little ram was used! Pretty soon i'd installed her to hdd.
I must say, this is a great distro. Very nice work folks!
