[Solved]Busy cursor on root window when logging in with GDM3

Hey guys!

Just trying to figure out if this is a common occurrence.  When I log in with anything but GDM3, I don't get a busy cursor on my root window.  However, as the title says, if I log in with GDM3, I get a busy cursor every time I hover over my root window (I use XMonad).  When I move the cursor over most windows, like Conkeror and such, the cursor turns into the normal, pointing cursor.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sincerely,

Chaanakya
