Hmm... we can't have polls on this forum.. =/ [READ]

Right, so I've noticed a few times already today that the time limiter on the forums is a whole 60secs between posts, and I feel this is awfully high, so I pm'd Philip.

He said nobody else had said anything, but that it might be an idea to make a thread here to canvass opinion.

I think the timer should be brought down. probably to 30secs, though lower could be argued further. (I'd be happy with 30secs)

This is less of an issue now, when the forum is small, but if/when *finger crossed* we have a few thousand members, and will on occasion have a few hundred on at once, a 60sec limiter could prove debilitating to users, like myself, who would try to answer to as many threads as possible.

Anyway, talk amongst yourselves [=

Can I just say damn your username!!! I'm used to a forum where there are plenty of people leaving (and when people leave this place, they generally want their posts deleted) so seeing "anonymous" makes me think someone has left D=

It confuses me everytime =[

but yah, 30secs [=

^ haha.

BTW did you originally want to create poll with this thread? I ask because of the title you put.

Personally, the limit doesn't really bother me.

Well it seems like a sensible way of canvassing the users.
