cb-meta-ssh installs these files:

ncurses-term openssh-server

cb-meta-lamp installs these files

apache2 apache2-mpm-prefork apache2-utils apache2.2-bin apache2.2-common cb-meta-lamp cronolog dbconfig-common libaio1 libapache2-mod-php5 libaprutil1-dbd-sqlite3 libaprutil1-ldap libdbd-mysql-perl libmcrypt4 libmysqlclient18 libonig2 libqdbm14 lsof mysql-client-5.5 mysql-common mysql-server mysql-server-5.5 mysql-server-core-5.5 php-pear php5 php5-cli php5-common php5-curl php5-gd php5-imagick php5-mcrypt php5-mysql phpmyadmin

cb-meta-packaging and sb-meta-vcs installed without any problems but if it messes up you can scroll up the screen in the terminal to copy and paste the files and manually install them.  Due to the line breaks that you'll incur from copying and pasting youll need to copy them text of files from the terminal into a text editor, say geany, and remove the line breaks as well as the cd-meta package from the list then copy and past them back into a new terminal and type 'sudo apt-get install' then paste your file list and hit enter then input your password if necessary.

Just a friendly reminder, in the future consider using code tags to enclose large amounts of text.  Doing so will reduce the amount of space used for posts like yours.  wink
