Makefile for running qemu-kvm with networking, VirtIO and SPICE

Here is a makefile I'm currently using for running KVM-based QEMU VMs with SPICE and VirtIO.

For example:

make run-from-iso ISO=debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso

will boot with the given ISO image and pick up any qcow2 file in the current directory as the hard disk image.

make run IMG=randomharddisk MEM=1G

will use 'randomharddisk' as the hard disk name and a memory size of 1G.

Maybe it's useful for some people.
