Boot back into Windows, go to Disk Management. Right-click your Windows partition and select 'Shrink'. Type how much MB of storage you want to have in Crunchbang (Remember, 1024mb = 1gb)
Boot into Crunchbang.
Choose the manual option, and select the partition which is mostly free (check the amount of USED space), that has the amount of storage you put in the new partition. Use it as your partition. There should be an option to use that partition for everything (/, home and boot). Select that option.
Check this out as well.

Load up the CrunchBang live session, open a terminal and run these commands:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install parted
Then run this command and post the output here plz:
sudo parted -l
