Re: Fun with Blender 3D

I love the concept and colors! I opened this in GIMP to apply the refocus plugin and noticed a diagonal line in the lower right of the image that slices right along the line of pillars. Any way of getting rid of that? I'm totally ignorant of Blender's capabilities.

That line is actually due to the POV - looking right along the gap between the columns. It is a WIP, so I will probably re-render and do something about it. Although it would be a lot quicker to use the clone tool in gimp to hide it, cos the full size render took 3  hours!

8) That's some cool work there, damo! We had to use Blender just once for a Computer Graphics course and err.. well.. let's just say it wasn't for me big_smile

I have not yet used Dynamic Paint Animation. I would love to do that.

Re: Fun with Blender 3D

Damo and Rex, I've played with Blender before but recently I've come to realize it's the only really stable, mature video editor in Linux. Have either of you guys used the sequence editing features? If so I'm really interested in what documentation or tutorials you got started with.
