I have three distros installed on my iMac now. Zorin Lite (sda3), Crunchbang (sda5), and Puppy Linux full install (sda6). How can I update my Grub menu to include Puppy Linux? I am now booted in Crunchbang on my Mac. I have never done this before so some guidance as to what to do would be appreciated.
Thanks!!
Cheers Randy

That would depend upon which distro is "controlling" GRUB -- basically, which one did you install last (apart from Puppy)?
Whichever it was, boot it up & run `update-grub` -- this should pick up the others...
If you want, you could just boot up #! and run `grub-install` first to give it control over GRUB.
FWIW, I haven't used Puppy in ages but I thought it was designed to be run "live" (with persistence from a save file included in the squash fs) rather than installed in the traditional sense.
EDIT: If your Mac is booting in EFI-mode & using some rEFInd magic to get #! up, then all this does not apply.

I tried update-grub and it worked. Thanks!
I usually use puppy from a CD but thought I would try a full install and see how it goes. I also love the simplicity of Retrovol when recording my shows. It's light and works well for my needs. I would love to use Retrovol instead of Pulseaudio in Crunchbang.

Download the retrovol zipfile from github, and do the ./configure, make, sudo make install dance
