Our Beautiful Penguin Love
This one's for you Miss Linux!
My love for you is like the most beautiful penguin,
Your face reminds me of security,
Together, we are like pizza and ketchup.
Oh darling distro,
My beautiful penguin,
My secure gnu,
The perfect companion to my pizza soul.
Roses are red,
Skies are blue,
I like puppies,
But not as much as I love singing with you!
Oh darling Distro,
Your hands are like snappy keys on a bright day,
You're like the most stable king to ever walk Internetz.
Your secure face,
Your ketchup soul,
Your snappy hands,
Your stable penguin being...
How could I look at another when our beautiful gnu love is so strong?
I love you Miss Linux!

But if we were all to follow suit, what would happen to Distro-Hopper's Anonyomous?
Seriously, though: I would probably commit to FreeBSD if it had a working driver for my sound card. I wouldn't mind having all the options taken away from me at this point. But... really... how can you choose between Arch and Debian?

Yes that's the point. Distro-hoppers anonymous implies admitting you have a problem and then stopping

Despite distro-hopping, everyone has their "base" distro.

I don't believe in the "one hammer fits all" philosophy, so I'll commit to the one's I've been using.
Though if it must be one. I choose Arch.

Wait, you mean I have to commit code to the distro I pick? That's impossible!! OpenBSD devs would never accept my low quality unclean code.

Why not - you do.

Nope, I can't do it. I'm always looking for one that's a little bit more in tune with what I want to do.
However, right now, I have had three and only three distros installed for the past several weeks. The one I'm using most is Arch Linux, even though I am anti-systemd. So, it is the one that's working best, but it pisses me off. :8
I have my eye on Calculate Linux. I wish I was smart enough to use Gentoo and be done with it.

What is the problem with being distromiscuous?

^Nothing. If you're a distro-skank.

Wouldn't that be a Shelleasy? Linuxeasy or Distoreasy would be 'too' conspicuous.
