I think the following two go hand in hand...
The guy who invented the speed-bump. Not to have a conversation, but just so I can smack him every time he attempts to open his mouth.
I see raising up the dead as an ultimate punishment for the deceased persons.
This makes sense... in that case I'll let the person who I was thinking about rest in peace and bring back someone else ]:D ... kinda along the same lines as Gutterslob's idea but much more personal.

OK, so I really don't so much want to bring back Larry Walters as I want to go back and try to talk him out of his suicide. Same with Leroy Beal, who went in a similar fashion, but also with fire. 8.(
