^ Tried a kneeling "back chair" once. Very not comfortable. I expect using a yoga ball would be disconcerting as well.

sit on a fitness ball
Is that prison slang?

HOAS: You may know it by the name "exercise ball". I use one while watching TV but I don't type seated on it.

^ AKA yoga ball or balance ball. Basically, it's something about the size of a beach ball, but sturdier, and inflated to a slightly higher pressure. Balancing on it is supposed to strengthen your "core" abdominal muscles.

Ohnonot:Are table legs shortened by perspective in your photo, or is the table actually low (below 60 cm/24 inch)? Do you sit on the soft stool or is it for feet?
Does anyone of you sit on a fitness ball while clicking your keyboards?
no, that's perspective, the table is 77cm high. slightly higher than average.
the soft stool is for my feet, but not a permanent solution.
+1 for the fitness ball, i've heard many times that it's a must when you sit a lot (that or "dynamic sitting" - change your position a lot, don't always lean back).
right now i'm using a used office chair with a lever to change between dynamic sitting and a fixed position. it enables me to sit longer without back aches.
but i'm not a professional sitter, meaning my job is not at a writing desk..
edit:
before that i was actually sitting on a flat cushion at a ~35cm high table (kinda japanese), but that just doesn't make sense when you want to spend significant time at a computer, with a keyboard and a mouse.

No worries! It's my best friend's kit. The Bugera in the corner and the PRS SE (not pictured) is mine.
Not to say that I don't enjoy hitting the sh*t outta those drums to wake up in the morning though.

Here, find some workstations from the past, 1980 - 2000+. Tomorrow I'll get some pics of the present.

I wish I had pics from the 60's and 70's.

Wow, either your bicycle is quite small and you are actually a midget, or your laptop is really really big. How are you pressing keys on such a big laptop? With sledge hammer? 8o 8o

I'm sorry to tell you that your vision has gotten quite bad. There are two tiny bicycles in that scrot!
