CrunchBang - for everydays work (with occasional Windows in VBox)
FreeBSD - for server stuff (web + PHP + mysql + dokuwiki); quite powerfull, but with steep learning curve (however, their handbook and other resources are very good)

I'm happy to say that the Crunchbang Linux plus Puppy Arcade Linux (solely for gaming purposes) combo is working rather well. Puppy Arcade Linux is one hell of a distro suited for gaming and does what it says on the tin. I also am loving the new release of Linux Lite 1.0.6! One of the best distros around.
edit: i've now fallen in love with Linux Mint 15 which has replaced Puppy Arcade Linux. I'm using Linux Mint 15 and Crunchbang Linux from now on. I'm happy with this decision.
