I imagine this is Waldorf! So this a self answered thread.

Could I set source.list better?

If kernel < 3, then CrunchBang == Statler non-backport.

Your sources.list is a mess. yikes  (Sorry, I just can't see a way to hang an air freshener on that one.)  As I see it, the two best options are:
1.  Back up your important data and do a fresh install of Waldorf (Debian hopes to have Wheezy released within the next couple weeks).
2.  Hope somebody comes along who is still using Statler and has the default /etc/apt/sources.list available.

I'd suggest going with Waldorf unless you have specific hardware compatibility problems with the newer kernels.

I've been wanting to use waldorf on the laptop but the kernel from statler since that kernel is the only one that makes me wifi card work.

Re: SOLVED: Mixed up a litle: Which version of crunchbang do I have?

I would think if you remove all references to squeeze & testing, leaving just waldorf & wheezy, & then do an apt-get update, followed by an apt-get dist-upgrade, you would get updated to Wheezy/Waldorf.

I would definately not try upgrading to Sid just now, if that is what you meant by cutting edge, it could be unstable.

Backup and reinstall is the officially-supported method. #! has never had release-upgrade capabilities for some reason.

Re: SOLVED: Mixed up a litle: Which version of crunchbang do I have?

^ This is because corenominal adds some features in CrunchBang that are just a tiny bit outside of mainline Debian, and these features have, so far, differed from one release to another enough that cross-release upgrades could cause breakage.  (Note, however, that Waldorf is only the second Debian-based release of CrunchBang, and there was no upgrade path from #! 9.04 to Statler because of fundamental differences between the Ubuntu and Debian bases.  It's possible that things will be different by the time Janice is available, but to my knowledge, corenominal has said nothing about this.)
