What is the weather like today for you?
In London it's 28C
A nice sunny day.
Will go for a walk after lunch and soak up some vitamin D to help improve my mood.

Ooh. 35 now that is hot..
Going to be 30 here in a couple of days. I am glad that we have made screens for the windows so that we can have a breeze going through the house and have the birds out of their cages to fly free.

I would also like to add that if like me you suffer from agoraphobia and have health issues you will connect to people how you can so the internet is great for me as I like talking to people.

Err no. I have trouble going out on my own due to anxiety.

PS -re: agoraphobia.(had to wikipedia that one, i thought it was just wide-open spaces) i think i have a mild case;
i have to say i hate cities. maybe not panic attack inducing. just not happy not seeing a horizon (a real horizon) I spent a few days in lundun with a mate, couldn't hack it, had to go to ally palace to chill, knew then cities was not my style.

More rain tonight and this weekend. Rain nearly every day for the past month. I wish we could send some of this rain to the breadbasket where it's needed.

They forecast up to 38°C in my region for Sunday, west of germany. I'm scared. It's around 0 am and still 30,3°C in my rooms. The next sleepless night.

I know what you mean about London, it has the same effect on me and I live there!
When ever I go on holiday I like to be by the sea, I feel so much more calm just walking along the beach throwing stones into the sea. So much better.
I am sick of feeling fear about going out alone, it's been about 20 years now relying on someone to accompany me places.
I can occasionally go alone if it's a familiar place and I am feeling brave but a lot of the time it is hard to know if my heart is thumping because my lungs are failing (I have pulmonary fibrosis - lung scarring) or I am just stressed.

That's Hot!
We had about three weeks like that back in July-August. Add to that the notorious humidity of the Old South and it feels like a perpetual schmitz!
I hope the rest of the country gets some rain soon, but it already looks like this year's grain harvests won't be good.
