Udisks Authorization - Openbox and CrunchBang

Two Questions regarding Disk partitions and access Authorization...

1. I am wondering what security I am giving up with CrunchBang when Consider it's Authorization Open Access to the Internal HD partions.

  When I examine this file in Squeeze, Wheezy and Sid

/usr/share/polkit-1/actions/org.freedesktop.udisks.policy

I see the section

<action id="org.freedesktop.udisks.filesystem-lsof-system-internal">

..has the below line

 <allow_active>auth_admin_keep</allow_active>

and in that same file and section for CrunchBang reads..

 <allow_active>yes</allow_active>

  this strips a request for a password before access..
I have found that when using Wheezy w/ OpenBox I must change the file to read just as above as with CrunchBang in order to have access to the internal drive's partitions. Yet if left as original in Wheezy as

 <allow_active>auth_admin_keep</allow_active>

this will work with Xfce4
BUT
Not with OpenBOX
2. Question  How can I have both Password access to the internal partitions and Yet use OpenBox?
