#! Statler Alpha 2 Ob day one:)

So, this is it! After using #! 9.04 Lite for some time and loving it, after running Statler Ob in Virtualbox and talking to some people on this forum as well as browsing through opinions on the same I finally took a plunge and installed Statler Ob on my machine. What can I say: I'm mightily excited! Hurray!
I love the minimalism, gonna keep the apps as they are for a few days before even touching anything and then maybe start moving things around, swapping for my preferred applications, toying with the looks and feel but for now it's good the way it is:)))

Yup, I know, what you mean, same here:))) And that funny feeling in the morning: the first thing you wanna do straight after jumping out of the bed is play with your new toys:)

Me too - I upgraded maybe a week ago, v. happy with Statler. I think a lot of the happiness comes from it being so new smile

Only 1 small problem - our software project doesn't work well with IPv6. Easily fixed but cool that Statler is _too_ modern.

Well, I don't expect many problems since I have it for my personal use: internet browsing, music, movies and linux tinkering - I'm getting into the CLI apps now - just installed MoC and rtorrent and learned the basic options and configuration:D Also swapped iceweasel for conkeror - man, it's fast and simple. I love it!
But so far didn't have any hickups - 8h40m17s of flawless unhindered performance:))))
