Login Setup (GDM) is greyed out

Can anyone tell me why my login setup screen is greyed out? I am trying to change the theme of the GDM..  I am logged in as an administrator.   I have Crunchbang Linux 9.04 32 Bit..

I don't see why it wont work.. Try:

gksudo gdmsetup

from the terminal.
