Virtualbox Seamless mode

Hey I can't seem to get it to work, seamless mode happens to be very glitchy and pretty much unusable whenever I try to do it. How have other people got it to work?

If you mean running #! as a guest, I've seen it, seem to be something with openbox not liking VB, or vice versa.

#! is the host, I'm running vista as guest. it seems on the forum other people have it working flawlessly
