I know Crunbang 11 currently is running Python 2.7.3rc. But I will soon be learning Python 3 and would like to install Python 3.4.1 in Crunchbang 11. I was just looking hear if anyone thinks that installing Python 3 will break anything in Crunchbang 11? Also should I remove Python 2.7.3rc before installing Python 3? Or Should just install Debian Testing distro, to get Python 3? Thanks for the help.

You can install as many python versions as you like, afaik. For applications to use a particular version you set the python environment variable to the path you want, or explicitly call it when you run it.
