Win8 in encrypted external HDD

Hi everybody
I've followed the guide for the "Paranoid #!" so my whole HDD is encrypted.
I need to install Win8 too but I want to install it in a 500GB external HDD.
I don't want it to be accessed by everybody, so I want to encrypt it.
I know how to install Windows in a HDD and boot it, but I don't know how to deal with an encrypted one.
How can I encrypt the whole HDD and make it possible to boot Windows from it when I turn on my PC?
If I didn't explain this situation that well, just tell me so and I'll try to explain it again.

This seems to be a Windows question -- #!ers don't genrally know too much about that (there are exceptions, of course)...
