#! !!

Hey All!

After a day of struggling I've finally installed #! on an old iMac somebody gave me. It's my first real linux installation and I'm looking forward to diving in. The forums seem great (got my installation woes solved through this post http://crunchbang.org/forums/viewtopic. … 26481&p=2) so I'll probably come back here often to ask questions.

Are there any intro to #! texts or otherwise intro to Debian text/links that you can recommend?

Re: #! !!

Hello epar, welcome to #!
Two excellent sites to use in case of queries are the Arch wiki (although the advice is for Arch GNU/Linux and may not apply directly to #!, the general information is excellent) and also the Debian wiki smile
