help running a shortcut

hello, i am ahvingan issue, i wanto to run something like this:

wine prowin32.exe -pf\somtec8\comp\gpaoclireal.pf -Wa -wpp

But i am having this error: the dlc environment variable must contain a valid directory/path (11002)

You could try quoting the path you are giving to wine, but the Wine manpages say

Program/Arguments
The program name may be specified in DOS format (C:rsrsWINDOWSrsrsSOL.EXE) or in Unix format (/msdos/windows/sol.exe). You may pass arguments to the program being executed by adding them to the end of the command line invoking wine (such as: wine notepad C:rsrsTEMPrsrsREADME.TXT). Note that you need to 'rs' escape special characters (and spaces) when invoking Wine via a shell, e.g.

wine C:rsrsProgramrs FilesrsrsMyPrgrsrstest.exe

i tryed that bu no luck, i believe the is "dlc environment variable" but i do not know what that is
