can't establish a connection to the server at crunchbang:8080

I installed webhttrack and tried to use it. When I tried to start it I got this message from the terminal:

joe@crunchbang:~$ webhttrack /usr/bin/webhttrack(3165): launching /usr/bin/x-www-browser
/usr/bin/webhttrack(3165): spawning regular browser..
/usr/bin/webhttrack(3165): browser exited
/usr/bin/webhttrack: line 166:  3179 Killed                  ${BINPATH}/htsserver "${DISTPATH}/" path "${HOME}/websites" lang "${LANGN}" $@

and this from Iceweasel:

Unable to connect
Iceweasel can't establish a connection to the server at crunchbang:8080.

Does anyone have experience with this; what is stopping this program?

Thanks

Re: can't establish a connection to the server at crunchbang:8080

This is what I get from that command:
joe@crunchbang:~$ host crunchbang
Host crunchbang not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

/etc/hosts
127.0.0.1       localhost
127.0.1.1       crunchbang

# The following lines are desirable for IPv6 capable hosts
::1     ip6-localhost ip6-loopback
fe00::0 ip6-localnet
ff00::0 ip6-mcastprefix
ff02::1 ip6-allnodes
ff02::2 ip6-allrouters

/etc/hostname
crunchbang

Do these files look OK?
