Noob - Changing the hotlink from default File Manager to MC [Solved]

How can I do this, I looked in the file that has all the shortcuts but one for File Manager is missing.

The code would look like this:

        <startupnotify>

I can't find the code for the default file manager though to replace the text for MC.

Oh I get it now, I can see where it says where to add shortcuts for apps, I'll slide that in thanks!
