Hi all,
I recently installed Crunchbang on my ASUS laptop and I'm currently loving it! However, I've got a small problem. Occasionally I like to connect my laptop to a TV with my built-in HDMI output, to watch movies, etc. However I haven't figured out how to get Crunchbang to output sound through HDMI and instead it outputs using my laptop's speakers. I really don't even know where to start with this; I know it works in Linux because Ubuntu works fine with it. What to do???
Maybe this could be helpful.

I figured it out! By right clicking the volume icon in the taskbar, hitting volume control, going to configuration, and selecting Digital Stereo (HDMI) output, I got sound through the HDMI output!
