LiveCD help

Does anyone know what program Corenominal uses to make the LiveCD? I've tried remastersys but it grabs half of gnome with it. Any ideas?

Re: LiveCD help

Corenominal includes remastersys in the CrunchBang repos and I don't see many Gnome dependencies if at all.

Re: LiveCD help

Its actually from within the script that Remastersys pulls metacity, where it also pulls half of gnome. I've removed that particular line.

However, I'm still have a problem

Ok, I'm trying to use remastersys to spin a custom distro.

I run

sudo remastersys dist

and everything seems to progress smoothly.

However, when I try to mount the ISO in virtualbox, the error I get is

FATAL: Could not find boot medium.

I can't even open the ISO files that it generates, they apparantly have an invalid file/folder in them.

I'm using version 2.0.12-1 if it matters?

I've modified the source so that metacity isn't pulled. Is this the problem?

Any help is very appreciated
