Greetings all.

Hello everyone..

New CrunchBang user here.

Been using Linux on and off for a number of years (originally SuSe and Mandrake, then onto Ubuntu and its kin).

Been looking for a decent distro based on Debian for a while for my laptops, that just worked..

and I've finally found it.. (it even works with the HP hot keys to control screen brightness.. yay!)

Hopefully going to be here for a long time..

Currently:  AntiX, & Crunchbang.
A good general beginners book for Linux :- http://rute.2038bug.com/index.html.gz
A good Debian read :- http://debian-handbook.info/get/now/
