There is not a clear upgrade option due to the nature of the amount of changes from Stable/Statler to Waldorf/Wheezy. It is over 2 years worth of changes that are massive.
The supported method is to backup your critical files and install Waldorf new.
There are several threads on the forum that will help that process.

I had a look at some posts, but they were so confusing.. I just need to know which sources to change and upgrade to the new tree. The reinstalling option sounds so "windows" to me..

What's confusing?
01) Backup your critical files
02) Download the iso
03) Burn to CD or install to a USB thumb drive
04) Reboot with the CD or USB thumb drive
05) Install
If you have an ATI graphics card, you may want to read posts about such because some people have had issues with the cards in Waldorf. I can't speak from experience, though.

Well that worked! Saved /home, did the fresh install wiping out Statler, copied back /home. Everything works first time including all e-mail settings. Almost too boring to write about. Got in a tangle with one package that I needed to reinstall because I had forgotten that the java installer needed ia32-libs and then the need to do the add-architecture i386 thing which was different from the 64bit statler.
One change made during the upgrade was to lose Cairo Dock, it wasn't really doing anything for me, OB menu all the way now.

Great! Good to hear that the install worked out for you.
