A big hello to the #! community, of whom I have heard only good things!
#! will be the first linux distro I have dabbled in, and I very much look forward to it.
I plan on running it on my Macbook Pro (2010), so I hope that I don't run into many hardware issues. If anyone here has experience with running on a mac, I'd love any pointers you can give me.
I plan on starting out using a live CD before I install it properly. I will start off using the 32 bit version, because I really don't know how much of a difference there is between the two, or how stable the 64 bit version is.
Anyway, hi guys, I hope I'll be around here for a while. I'm sure you'll hear from me soon.

Welcome valtsim,
We have a couple of Mac users on here, so you should be fine for support.

Welcome, hope you'll like it.
I once went for a support job that required using OS X. I quit the training after a week.
