Greetings from Melbourne (Australia)

Hey peoples

Looking forward to my second period of crunchbang, I started on Ubuntu about 6 years ago, tired of that so was using Mint Fluxbox (great and beautiful distro) then was running stripped down ubuntu with fluxbox, then ubuntu, then Mythbuntu, a brief flirtation with Arch, then Antix, then back to Ubuntu before Unity eventually drove me away for good (to Mint)  Hmmm, I'm not really so loyal to my distros am I?

Anyway, after it become apparent that there may not be a new Mint fluxbox edition for a while (or ever), and although I like Mint Cinnamon, I remembered crunchbang as an Openbox option and decided to give #!  another go and I'm very pleased with what's been done over the past three years since I checked it out last time.    Love the dark minimal look, the light environment, the debian base, and the current openbox config.

Hopefully I'll stick around a bit longer this time!

Other Openbox distros you might like are:
Semplice (based on Debian)
VSIDO (based on Debian sid)
Madbox (based on Ubuntu)
ArchBang (based on Arch)

Plus Manjaro Linux and GhostBSD openbox editions are worth a look. GhostBSD feels half completed but it's an Openbox BSD and seems to work with Radeon out of the box too.
