Tint2 bottom of window cut

Greetings everyone,
For the better part of me, i cannot seem to get my Tint2 settings to make the window stop at the top of the Tint2 bar. An example of this is shown here with Spotify:

2012-12-08--1355027987_1920x1200_scrot.png

For example, the play/advance/back buttons are all slightly hidden. But the default Tint2 etc. do not do this. Ive compared side-by-side to see if some boolean value was different or if some padding settings are off. In any case, I'm really not sure what the problem is. Unintentional blindness at its best.

The following is the code i am attempting to edit.
