Re: how do you organise your files?

I found Zim to be shortcut complete, I rarely use the mouse, but VimWiki is a class of it's own. To be honest: I only use Zim at work, where it is shared by my fellow admin. I have not done much notekeeping at home lately.

I tried Zim a few times.  Found it more confusing and ended up dumping it because I found it was taking longer to set it up than to actually use it.  And everything have to start at "Home"

Re: how do you organise your files?

if I had to share the wiki at work I wouldn't use VimWiki either wink. Lucky me!
luckily the syntax is not that different from the wiki we use at work. So If I end up having something that everyone might need I can copy it easily. (btw: this is how I use VimWiki)
