Cant update or download new files from Synaptic

I have liquorix and this comes up after trying to update or download. 

W: Failed to fetch http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/ma … _amd64.deb
  Could not resolve 'ftp.de.debian.org'

The mirror is down. Either wait a bit, or ope Settings, Repositories, and choose another mirror on the "Download from" section.
