Hello everyone.
My laptop was working excellent yesterday (sort of). Now today, it will power on, display the ASUS logo, and even allow me to access the BIOS setup. What it will not do is boot. Not from CD/DVD drive, not from removable disk, and certainly not from the hard drive. I cannot use any of my recovery disks, Win7, Arch, #!, gparted, ... nothin'.
This all stemmed from accidentally booting into Arch when my laptop was low on battery. It was in the process of booting and died. I am sure it was from low battery as my battery is really flaky and I have accidentally done this before. But boot failure has never happened.
This is my first laptop and I have never really experienced any problems with it. Any suggestions/remedies/similar problems? (I have an ASUS n80vb if that helps.)

When my battery dies, i have to unplug and plug in again the battery, connect ac and power on to make it boot again. Probably could work for you.
