This is maybe an easy one for people from North America. But anyways:

edit: At first I had no clue. Then with the hints I got a start. At first I was searching for Bismarck Towers, but this was apparently a dead end.
Then I put it all together and asked my good friend google about it

Edit: The problem is, I was in the whole Americas because they have a bunch of obelisks and never thought about China, was in Mexico City, Buenos Aires etc etc. Now I know why it has so much cement.

Damn nice search, you had me looking all over the Mosel, the Rhine and then I went over to the Donau, where it finally was: "Djerdap 1" (Iron Gate 1), near Davidovac. (44.670833 N, 22.529167 E)
