August 2011 Screenshot Thread

Changed my desktop a little bit. Tweaked tint2 to make it more round, removed Network Manager and SLiM, changed the background, added Wine because of Starcraft & Jazz Jackrabbit etc. smile
I like pandas and bears in general. big_smile

The space shuttle conky should be in a movie scene ala Live Free or Die Hard... !!

Why not. I got everything pretty much the same, only I've removed xfce-power-manager and am using pm-utils, I'm probably also gonna get rid of network manager and use wicd-curses or connman, and one day I'm likely gonna get rid of X by the looks of it.

Well, I have 810 wallpapers, lots of themes and icon sets installed, I could quite easily push us over the edge ...

Well I am just excited to be back on Crunchbang, The default programs are just so well chosen I get frustrated with other distros and their (IMHO) "goofiness." So here is my Crunchbang Fluxbox version of the JWM setup above:

Okay there are a couple of Conkys in there but they are just "window" Conkys.

@Nore - RE: Wasted Space as a Luxuary - It is nice to just let it sit there quietly sometimes but Slobberman tantalizes me with ideas of space begging to be filled... lol
