Impressive piece of work!Back on fluxbox:
Thank ... love that background. I have to get into fluxbox more, tried it once and it seems to be slower to respond than OpenBox. But maybe that's just me.

Peaceful indeed; once I get my strength and stamina back, I'll have to put some more work into the zen garden I've started. In the meantime, zen wallpapers will have to do:

@Packrat - You got it just right with that Zen Fluxbox set up.
@VastOne - Xfce4 is looking good there. Nice work. When are we gonna see your Fluxbox?
Here is today's, still no Conky. I think I'll just skip the Conky until next month out of respect for S11's Conky magnificence.

@ ElderV
I had nothing but issues with flux and backed off of it. I could not get even basic conky to display correctly and got too frustrated..

Hmmm, well now I see why you haven't been on the Lemur site much lately! Glad to see your health has improved!
P.S. Nice work, BTW.

My health is no different, but thank you for asking...
I have not been to Lemur because for the last time, it has been suggested that I am someone named Bruce and it has gotten to be more than I care to deal with..
Good luck with Lemur

A basic Mint-Debian with Fluxbox. (the Conky gives the rest of the details)
Finally, got the local weather, in Fahrenheit, configured for my Conky - thanks to the resident #! Conky Guru (Sector11)

hey there old guy ... look good. I see setups like yours and ElderV's and I really want to try Flux.. but it doesn't seem as easy as OB. Of course knowing ones WM helps.
That is nice though.

I have found Fluxbox, to be easier to configure and use than Openbox.
But, it is different, in some ways.
Both Openbox and Fluxbox are based on Blackbox.

Both Openbox and Fluxbox are based on Blackbox.
Openbox is no longer based on it.
EDIT: in the sense that none of the code base is the same.

Wow! Thanks for letting me know!?? The last I heard from you was that you wouldn't be online much anymore. So, who brought up the Bruce issue this time? It would have been nice if you would have talked to me about all this. I mean, you "were" on the Staff after all. It also would have been nice for you to answer my messages!
Funny thing about the whole Bruce issue.... You are doing to me EXACTLY what Bruce did to Rich over TOTALinux!
Good luck to you as well.

OH I'm getting up there. I remember all those.

Hats off if you're playing all four simultaneously. XD
Nice colour scheme!
+1 to SR-71's magnificence, but the negative space in that wallpaper is just begging for a conky, though.
Keep on movin, buddy!! (gawd, that was corny ... sorry). With your sensibilities, it's only a matter of time.
Am I the only person here that can't stand the "New" button in Urxvt's tab mode? (why I use the tabbedex plugin instead).

Thanks GS and I agree with you, ElderV needs a nice conky to accent his super 'casa'.
