My sources vary depending on which box I'm on.
Constants are usually the standard Unstable and Multimedia repos, along with GRML (since my Debian boxes are mostly GRML2HD installs). Aptosid or Liquorix future repos for kernels, and occasionally Mozilla, Google and Towo's Frickelplatz repo.
Used to have Mepis and Hadret sources, but not anymore.
Here's a rather comprehensive list, though some of em are probably dead now.

I rebuilt from source some packages from sid and kxstudio, rather then install them directly.
I use aptitude in interactive mode for package management, so I can inspect and fix problematic upgrades (as the recent xorg mess from backports).
