Error when trying to register

hello forum Mods, i have been trying to register on the forums for 3 days now and i have been getting the following error:

I think you shoudl look into why this is happening or I might be an isolated incident, i don't know. I had to get help on #crunchbang on freenode, and especially-corn is the one who set up my account, he had no errors though. that is how i now have an account.

I had issues for a while where I couldn't log into my account to comment on people's posts for weeks at a time. It went away after a while, but even when it was still happening I asked around and the best answer I got was "delete your cookies?"
