I couldn't really think of a great title, so here is an explanation of my problem:
I have just recently started using #! on my EEE and my desktop, and I think its great, however on my Desktop (using 8.04 lite) every time I install a package I get faced with the following suggestion for auto-removing:
ajc@DeepThought:~$ sudo apt-get install gcalctool

Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove them.
The following NEW packages will be installed
gcalctool
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 158 not upgraded.which is clearly not right at all, as that is a nice selection of crucial packages on my system. I could just keep ignoring this as I have been, but it is getting a bit annoying now, any ideas how to stop this from happening?
Thanks
Adam

Hello Adam
This is a known issue with the 8.04.xx releases and is something which has been fixed for the 8.10.xx releases. I will look into providing a fix.
