Adobe Flash + M$ Excel = Malware attack?

Check this out:  http://www.zdnet.com/blog/security/adob … ttack/8438

Personally, I don't know why Excel needs Flash support in the first place.

(checking calendar)  ...nope, still a couple weeks away...

People embed Flash in *everything* these days..."Razzle Dazzle 'em", to quote Fred Ebb.  I have no idea why I'd open an .xls file from an unknown source, but this is still good info to know - thanks for passing it on.

Re: Adobe Flash + M$ Excel = Malware attack?

I'm sick of Flash.  Let's go HTML5!

Flash 10.1 unsecure - out dated at many websites

Flash 10.2 unsecured-  crash happy - leaves ghost images with some nvidia drivers

Flash 10.3 beta - throws up script errors, etc.
