Dropbox problem

So I recently downloaded the source for dropbox and installed libnautilus-extension-dev. I got it working and the icon even shows up in the tray, but when I click on it to open the directory, I get an error:

Thunar: Unknown option --no-desktop

Not sure why this is showing up. I followed the wiki here to the T.

Anyone ever run into this problem?

Re: Dropbox problem

I think your Dropbox is passing on a Nautilus cli parameter (--no-desktop) which obviously is not valid for Thunar. Also why did you install libnautilus-extension-dev?

Re: Dropbox problem

Good question, I went back and looked for where I saw that I needed libnautilus-extension-dev. I thought it was on the official Dropbox website that I saw it, but it's not there nor anywhere else I've checked... I'm not sure, I might've had a brainfart moment when I installed it

Anyways, I went back and deleted the custom ~/bin/nautilus script for thunar. It's working now.
