(resolved) how to make a new thread?

Hello,

If anyone has the patience to answer a newbie question for this forum: I just want to know how to create a new thread. How do I compose a new message for a new topic? I only see reply capability on this site. I think I'm missing something. I'm not much of a techinical maven. Many thanks.

First, make sure you are logged in to the forum, go to the section where you want to make a post, say the Help & Support section, and the click the "Post new topic" link:
